Cover Crop kill down reporting

The reporting period for spring cover crop kill down began March 1 and runs through June 1.  Participants in the cover crop program will need to report the kill down methods and dates to the district office for all fall certified cover corp acres.  Making an appointment at the district office to report is preferred.  District staff will conduct random field checks on reported fields to verify kill down prior to  submitting spring claims for payment to the MACS office.
